My counseling and hypnotherapy practice specializes in helping people experience and release the effects of life's transitions. My Massage & Body Work practice specializes in stress reduction and neck and back pain relief. I also work with survivors of sexual abuse, incest, trauma and addictive disorders to help them heal their relationship with touch. 

My Hypnosis Practice has helped hundreds of people stop smoking, lose or gain weight, increase self esteem, get over sales call reluctance and fear of public speaking,  manage stress, resolve their life trauma's, grief issues, addiction & co-dependency issues etc.
